BIG 5 2008 Dubai 23- 27 November 2008 (18th Aug 2008)
For the 7th successive year, Meritex International Ltd have been appointed by The Construction Industries Association & Cox Exhibitions, to provide a freight and onsite handling service to BIG 5 2008 in Dubai. We are one of the two freight forwarding companies who have been given this joint position.
Please be aware, Meritex have DUAL appointment. This means we have equal official status and access to the exhibition and are able to offer the complete door-to-stand service by working closely with our onsite based partners, Airlink International U.A.E, who like ourselves have vast experience of this event.
As in previous years we are offering the option of either a SEA freight or an AIR freight service directly from your location to your stand in Dubai and return. Meritex representatives will also be present in Dubai before, during and after the show to make sure the freight operation runs smoothly.
Please note: Unlike some freight forwarders, Meritex will NOT be charging a 5% BOND FEE for goods under TEMPORARY IMPORT at this event, saving you money on your shipment costs.

HENRY CELEBRATES FULFILLING HIS LIFELONG DREAM AND WINS THE RACE! (16th Jan 2008)
Meritex are very proud to announce that Henry Osborne, one of the Directors at Meritex took part in the prestigious transatlantic race from from Las Palmas in The Canary Islands to St Lucia.
250 boats took part in the Atlantic Rally, with Henry and his crew taking first place in their class and fouth overall. This is a fantastic achievement for Henry and his crew since Flute Two was one of the smallest yachts in the race. A month and 2,680 miles later, Henry is now enjoying a well deserved break! Good for you Henry!
