You will have one point of contact for all of your logistics related needs. We will make sure that your goods get from A to B within the requested deadlines, in pristine condition and on the agreed budget.
We will help to issue commercial invoices and will complete the relevant commodity codes on your behalf. We can also issue ATA Carnets, Certificates of Origin, DGN notes, shipping documents (AWB, CMR, Bill of Lading) and more. We will always pre-check your export paperwork and make sure that it everything is correct before dispatch in order to avoid any disappointing delays at the destination.
Meritex can provide you with a hassle free all risks insurance. For your peace of mind let us insure your goods for the shipping and local handling, leaving you without the extra trouble of getting insurance. Your goods will also be insured while they are on your stand. So there’s no need to worry about the consequences of any damage or delays, whether that’s during shipping or after.
Whether it is air freight, sea freight or road freight, the Meritex team will make sure your consignment is collected with the right type of vehicle, securely packed and transported the most efficient way. We will track your goods and send you updates while the goods are in transit. Wherever your goods are going, we will know exactly where they are throughout every stage of the project.
Meritex will always have at least one representative at the event your goods are sent to. We will make sure your goods are customs cleared in time. Meritex staff will then deliver the exhibits as per your instructions or as soon as you get to your stand. We will also take care of your empty boxes during event. After the show, we can either send your goods back to the country of origin or onto another exhibition.
With our customers in mind, Meritex has sourced storage space in London, Dubai, Houston, Baku and Nigeria. We can store your goods in our regional warehouses before and after the exhibitions you attend. We can also keep them there longer term and transport them to various events within that region. We can also provide a pick, pack and inventory management system for larger or more complex consignments.
